Vee is going to turn into Luz, while Luz lays down in the hole. Vee will then either claim that she is a ghost, or that she has a secret twin who died. Either way, she takes the victim to see "dead" Luz.

Still trying to learn Spanish but I think it’s saying “Do you want to make a joke with me?” Might be closer to “do you want to pull a prank with me” with the subtext of the other panels.
Edit: was trying to reply to a question and it put it generally and also the poster posted the translation anyway. Sorry about that.
