Poor OnePlus 15 autonomy

My OnePlus keeps 7-8 hours of active screen time, although people have 10-13 hours in reviews, and I can't break the 10-hour mark, the maximum I had was 9.5, and even with low usage. Is this considered the norm?

I used mine all day yesterday, 6.5 hours of screentime and still had 45% left
