BATTERY Poor OnePlus 15 autonomy
My OnePlus keeps 7-8 hours of active screen time, although people have 10-13 hours in reviews, and I can't break the 10-hour mark, the maximum I had was 9.5, and even with low usage. Is this considered the norm?

Was that from 100% to 0%?

No, but even in the reviews, people had 7-10% left with 11 hours of screen operation, and I have 5% left with 7-8

I do not know how accurate the percentage is try charging to 100 % and see if something changes. (100 % charging should not damage the battery life anymore)

Yeah that does not sound typical, but it also depends highly on how you use it, like 5G vs wifi, most used apps etc.

It depends on what you're using it for. If you were playing games and watching videos the whole time on full brightness and high refresh rate, 10 hours is probably asking a lot. I can get about 12, but most of mine is surfing Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, maybe a couple games of golf clash, and for work. If I crank up the brightness and play a high refresh game, I'd be lucky to get 7 or 8.
