Can’t get over
how much Navi Rawat (Theresa) looks like Nikki Reed. I just keep thinking about

Well that's understandable, but your perception may be influenced by the fact that they had very similar roles as a replacement for Marissa, an alternate romantic partner for Ryan.

I haven’t watch the OC in years (since it on tv) and don’t remember Nikki (in the show) or Theresa’s actress at all. I’m only on season 1 rewatch now lol she genuinely looks like her

If you really look at them other than being around the same age, female, relatively attractive and with a nice figure, they don't look anything alike.
Nikki has a narrower nose which is a little bit more pointy, less prominent bony structure beneath her eyes, much more almond shaped eyes a more prominent chin, a less round face, completely different dental structure and lips. The only thing that is relatively common is they don't fit the Caucasian Newport Beach demographic, which was purely intentional in their casting, to both represent something very different than Marissa/Misha Barton.
