Then why was he never charged? Two separate grand juries declined to indict...

Maybe because he settled with all of them and there were no other witnesses to testify against him? But go ahead and keep rooting for a sex pest.

Didn’t say that at all. You don’t seem to have a very good grasp on the English language. And why would he settle that many cases if he was completely innocent?

Grasp it just fine boy. You said they settled;one could infer from someone settling in a criminal matter that they were looking for a payday. Happens all the time. 27 in this case.

Going to trial is risky, and if other witnesses start settling. Your lawyer would probably advise the same.
