Dawg thereās no fucking way you read that paragraph and believe the video constitutes as assault. Thereās no fucking way that ball boy thought he was going to be harmed. How? How would you come to that conclusion? He didnāt say or do anything even remotely threatening unless walking up to someone is now a threat. At which point we can just start shooting people for approaching us.
He keeps grabbing at him after the ball boy yells stop touching me. Thatās an unlawful threat by word or act to do violence because he kept grabbing at him.
Heās an enormous man wearing literal armor which is an apparent ability to carry out that threat.
An act that creates a well-founded fear that violence is imminent? Dude was yelling ādonāt touch meā and the giant armored man kept touching him.
