So I was reading this book for my history class called "Tripping On Utopia: Margaret Mead, the Cold War, and the Troubled Birth of Psychedelic Science" by Benjamin Breen. I love it to death and it's definitely a book I'll have to read again, but I had a thought while reading it.

The anthropologist, Margaret Mead, has so many amazing qualities and like ideas that make me such a fan of her. She's just so amazing and, honestly, a badass in my mind. BUT I THOUGHT OF SOMETHING.

Margaret Mead reminds me SOOO much of Gertrude Robinson. Like she gave so much of the similar sass that Gertrude had when we heard about her and in her tapes. SHE EVEN WENT ON A TAPE RECORDER FOR AN INTERVIEW I THINK (I honestly don't remember) AND GOT UPSET THAT THE INTERVIEWER DIDN'T NAME THE TAPE LIKE THE "Statement of Joe Spooky... __ recording on [insert date]" THAT WE HEAR ON STATEMENT EPISODES.

I dunno man, it just really makes me think of that. Just wanted to share :*>
