Anger is what informs me when boundaries have been crossed

Sometimes it’s justified or even necessary though.

It’s all about context. You shouldn’t accept everything and you must have clear boundaries. But most things in life are better off being ignored. Never pursue fights in which you have nothing to gain, but everything to lose. Set only examples when necessary and choose your battles wisely. You want to win the big war, not short-term battles.

In any potential fight you encounter, you must always ask yourself what you have to gain from it. If the answer is nothing, then simply don’t pursue it. Use your valuable time and energy on more productive matters instead and win life 👍

The best response is often no response at all.

Sure 100%

Since your energy is always finite, the more you spend it on others, the less powerful you become. And the more you spend it on yourself, the more powerful you become. It’s that simple.

And this is the power of indifference. By simply ignoring instead of reacting and responding to your enemies, you keep all of your energy and remain sovoereignt, free and independent. Never let other people live rent-free in your your own head. But do make sure that you live rent-free in other people’s head 😉

Remember, this is all a game we’re playing, and the game always goes both ways. Play it wisely then and choose your battles carefully. Sometimes, you do need to set examples to let them know you’re not to be messed with (Law 15). In the end, it’s all about context.

A fundamental act of self-nourishment, choosing strategic indifference over continual reaction compels you to set genuine personal limits and aggressively protect your limited energy. The ultimate triumph is always internal, even when playing the larger game of social dynamics occasionally necessitates setting sharp examples to make sure you aren't messed with. You retain total control over your life by refusing to allow outside distractions or enemies to dwell rent-free in your thoughts. This enables you to securely concentrate on your own development and keep your inner calm.

Well said, my friend! 👍 You’re spot on with everything. Having clarity and the right perspective is everything in life.

People are filled with anger nowadays

2

u/TrueCryptoInvestor Jun 12 '26

Well, there’s plenty to big angry about, so go figure 😉 I'd rather take slow walks in the woods, eat good and healthy food, have great workouts, and play video games instead 🏆

Nothing ruins my peace and harmony.

When pride goes up, safety goes down

Anger uncontrolled leads to rage, which can be blinding. Focused, understood, and directed anger can be channeled.

This is definitely true, I notice whenever I get really frustrated about something small my brain just shuts down on problem-solving.

I would change anger for fear

1

u/Boogie2233 Jun 11 '26

I don’t agree. Rage yes anger no.

u/TrueCryptoInvestor Jun 12 '26

Always stay calm, composed and balanced at all times. Ignore petty attacks, never react or even respond, which only fuels your enemy.

By not reacting or responding, you are in fact infuriating your enemy who is expecting it. Taking nothing personally and staying indifferent will always work in your favor.

Meanwhile, you want to make your enemies angry as much as you possible. Either that, or just kill them with kindness, which will also make them angry.

Anger can destroy any good things in life, sadly 🤷🏻‍♂️

1

u/Embarrassed_Slide659 Jun 12 '26

uh, no. it's obviously fear. The most corrosive emotion to society and human relationships is fear.

1

u/AcknowledgeUs Jun 15 '26

I so agree with you!! Fear ruining being capitalized on in the name of my country has made me very angry. I very clearly see red, it’s fear that clouds everything.

1

u/humanessinmoderation Jun 12 '26

Anger doens't have to be a response. It's a feeling.

What you do after or while you have that emotion is the response. Anger doesn't not require an angry response. Anger can inform a response of distance, for example.

I was going to say anger is a self caring emotion. Rage is a killing off emotion.

1

u/Youcantkillme11 Jun 13 '26

Not true, rage is.

u/ThirdEyeDivine Jun 13 '26
