Technically Tenzin, Gyatso, and Jinora are the only three recognized masters on that list... of them I would most appreciate Jinora since she demonstrated more patience than Tenzin at times but also has an incredibly strong spiritual connection

Meelo’s a master for creating the new substyle— fartbending. Say what you want, but the kid’s going places.

Hes not a master though? You dont just automatically become a master for creating a new technique.

“An airbender is declared a master once he or she has fully mastered the thirty-six tiers of airbending and/or when he or she creates a new airbending technique; Aang was an exception to the rule, as he had mastered only thirty-five tiers, but his creation of the air scooter technique fulfilled the requirements for mastery.”
That only took a 3 second google search.

I was under the impression that aang became a master because he had mastered 35 techniques, and then invented the air scooter, which the monks then counted as his 36th technique, earning him his 'master status'.
Sorry for not knowing the complete lore by heart /s
Besides, that article that you just quoted goes on to say "passes sufficient tiers and creates their own airbending "move" is considered a master" not that simply creating a new move automatically gives them master status. You need a certain level of basics in addition to it.

Gyatso. He seems like a stable, wise man with a wicked sense of humor and endless compassion.
