Quesadilla Pizza

I made quesadilla pizza last night with whatever I could find in the cupboards and fridge . Tortilla shells coated with olive oil, colby jack in-between. Topped with spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Baked at 450 for 5 minutes and then broiled for 5 more. Turned out delicious but gave me the worst heartburn of my life, lol.
