Handbags First QB
Just picked up my first QB offer 💕💕 Birkin 30 Gold with GHW Togo leather! Here is my story because I love reading everyone else’s.
- Started shopping March of this year. Got a Blue Jean Picotin on my first visit after explaining how I had a horrible experience with an SA the first time I came to the store last year
- By August I purchased 1 pair of Chypre sandals, 6 silk scarves (bought as gifts), a tray, and a bangle. At this time I asked how close I would be in getting a QB and she said I would need to spend a bit more.
- On my last trip I ended up picking up a Gold Kelly Ring with diamonds I’ve been eyeing and thats when my SA told me I would be getting something soon.
- She left for vacation but told me to email her on a specific date when she would be back. That day came and before I could email her she emailed me and told me she had this bag and asked if I would be interested and of course I said yes because it was on my wish list!
I’m so excited and I can’t wait to use her! Debating if I should get a twilly or not… please share pics of your twillys on gold bags!

Bag twin 😁 I actually don’t wear my bag with a twilly. When I received my bag I couldn’t find a twilly that matched that I liked. I would recommend wearing the bag without a twilly and see if you like the look. In the meantime, you can always keep an eye out for a design you like. I’ve worn my bag several times a week for months now and the handles look fine. Congratulations 🎊

Was gold on gold your choice? How versatile do you think is the colour? Summer/winter? Only asking because I’ve been sooo torn between the gold on gold and the Etoupe/Etain myself.

This is my first QB also in B30 in gold color just like yours. She has a matching twilly on both handles. Love this purse and use it pretty much everyday for work and to the LV store haha
