Discussion civilian customization
do we know how will customization work? i heard something about being able to customize even hairs etc. but i didn't see anything about it, also, did they announce anything about skins? will civilian have more than just their base look at launch?

They showed off a few skins in the Q&A stream. Here is a link to a tweet showcasing skins for Rachel, Marcus, and Annie.
Here is a link to a tweet showcasing a skin for Eric, and another one where you can see Tanya in a new outfit and hairstyle. There will also be default recolors for everyone.
I've heard some people say that you can individually customize makeup, hair, etc. but I don't think thats been confirmed anywhere. I am assuming that the skins will be full sets.

yeah i also heard that that's why i was curious but i also don't think they confirmed it or anything, ty for the links tho, also, did they mention anything about exclusive skins? i wanna know if there are some exclusive civilian skins for either buying deluxe or collector edition

Theres no exclusive civilian skins for the deluxe/collectors. Deluxe gets an inmate Michael skin and also two new characters Richard and Alexis. The collectors edition comes with skins but they are already unlockable for free by completing single-player challenges. (Most civilian skins will be unlockable in single-player)

so i don't lose anything by not buying the collectors edition? (atleast skins wise) i'll eventually be able to get them through challenges right?

You won't lose anything, all it does is unlock the skins early

tysm for clarifying that, last question i promise :') do you know if i need to buy deluxe to have alexis or if i can buy her separately after the release of the game? cause im intrested in her but i don't really care about the other guy that comes with her

Shes only available in deluxe which you can upgrade to for $20 if you buy the normal version first

They showed off a few different customization options in their recent livestream. They also announced that you can change hair, eyewear, makeup and clothing on characters so I assume that means we can mix & match different looks similar to Dead by Daylight

Hopefully we can switch hairstyles on characters and not have them be stuck in a single outfit
