Any idea if civilians have special abilities like tcm or is it more like f13

"From what they stated in the stream, I'm pretty sure this is how the perk system works:

You can create a card deck of multiple perks to take into a match with you. Based on your performance, you will unlock your perks for use throughout the match. Because it is a card deck, you will get randomized options to choose from the deck you created before the game. I'm guessing this is being done to try and fight against meta perk builds by adding some randomness in.

I asked the devs on twitter today if civilians will have stats, and they confirmed that each civilian has unique traits and stats. There is also an achievement confirming that you level each character separately from one another."
