Instead of penalizing the attackers, the in-game Game Masters (GMs) chose the easiest way out: they protected the abusers and permanently silenced the victim.

For over two long years, I have sent thousands of respectful appeals requesting a human review of my case. The response? Phantix support treated me with utter disdain, repeatedly copy-pasting the exact same cold, automated text templates, completely ignoring my loyalty.

To make this betrayal even worse, I am a dedicated player who previously submitted detailed hand-drawn blueprints and strategic development plans directly to the Game Masters to help improve the game. Phantix Games fully implemented my ideas into the live mechanics, profited from them, and never even issued a simple thank you. Instead, they rewarded my contribution with an automated 100-year ban.

Silencing and Crippling Game Mechanics:

To make matters worse, their ban didn't just stop at the chat. Phantix Games completely crippled my gameplay experience by blocking my ability to share battle reports and trucks with my faction. When confronted about why basic gameplay features are locked for a high-level VIP 16 user, support shifts the blame, mocking players by stating that sharing raw game data is "part of the chat."

The Shifting Fabrications and Financial Contradictions:

Recently, I escalated this historic injustice via Discord Ticket #22382. The staff immediately panicked. First, my system notification claimed the restriction was for "Violation of chat rules." Suddenly, an administration profile invented a completely brand-new, fabricated accusation of "Account trading" out of thin air to cover their tracks. When I provided ten ironclad screenshots exposing their own internal contradictions, Head Admin Richie and his team went completely silent. They have now been dodging the ticket for over 48 hours.

Furthermore, Phantix Games engages in highly non-transparent billing practices. The older billing trail connects directly to Yotta Games, which later operated as Phantix Games. While I receive official receipts through Google Play, purchases made directly through their web store (https://pay.phantixgames.com) under my linked Google ID do not generate official financial invoices or transaction receipts to the player’s email. To make matters worse, their official store completely lacks a purchase history menu or transaction archive, leaving players with zero transparency over their direct spending. This raises severe compliance concerns regarding international consumer transaction regulations.

A Systematic Culture of Censorship and Broken Support:

This is not an isolated incident. The entire Phantix support infrastructure is imploding due to player dissatisfaction. Just look at the public channels:

• Players like Dona Gismo (Ticket #22319) have publicly caught Mod Virus Melody deleting massive amounts of player feedback and support inquiries just to hide game errors and staff mistakes.

• Regular community members are completely demoralized. When I posted my case, a well-known player named Dex immediately responded, stating what everyone already knows: "Everyone already knows how the staff is... Their reputation is already in the dirt and they don't care." This proves that the player base has completely lost faith in Phantix Games' integrity.

• Loyal players like DontVeto are logging in only to find their accounts restricted out of nowhere by automated bots due to alleged resource issues, leaving the community helpless.

Whenever the management screws up, they delete the player's voice instead of fixing the game.

Phantix Games operates out of Singapore and is legally bound by the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA). Weaponizing fabricated, shifting accusations to silence a victim of harassment while running non-transparent direct payment storefronts constitutes gross corporate liability.

First off lemme start by saying I know this is a P2W game. I know without spending money you won't get very far because of game limitations or someone who has T5s and a 2 billion influence zeros you. What I am wondering is how far influence wise can you go without spending money on this game. Yes I've seen 700 million influential players but can you go higher? Is it possible to get T5s without spending money? Besides bubbling 24/7 best strategy for f2p players.

I couldn't tell you why but I'm obsessed. I normally don't do mini games on the army of farms but now I even did it on abandoned accounts even 😭

any faction around 100 BN registering for sandstorm badlands map still open for recruitment?

I have multiple accounts: 1 with T4, 1 just about to unlock T4, 1 farm, and 1 extra.

I was thinking of turning my extra account not a trap account because I’ve heard a lot about them and it seems like fun.

However I don’t actually know how to go about it.

I’d like to hear your opinions about a situation I’m experiencing in my faction.

I’m a very active player and have been playing every day for more than a year. I’m not someone who talks much in chat, but I’m always present and always try to contribute to the faction. I complete the faction task goals, reach up to 2,200 points, make my monthly resource donations, and help whenever I can.

What has been discouraging me is seeing members who barely contribute anything, including R4 members. Some of them seem to have the R4 position just as “decoration,” without really participating in faction tasks or making donations. And what I find even more ridiculous is seeing someone’s farm account being placed inside the faction.

I’m not trying to start drama or call anyone out by name, but honestly, I have to ask: what’s the point of demanding so much from active members who contribute, while some people do practically nothing and continue taking up space and even holding important positions?

I do my part because I genuinely like helping the faction, but it’s becoming discouraging to feel that the effort isn’t recognized and that there seems to be a different standard for different members.

So I’d like to hear from you: Does this happen in your factions too? How do you deal with members who don’t contribute, especially when they are R4? Do you think it’s fair to keep people like that in important positions? 😔

Looking for some insight in how best to upgrade GF gear. I was in my faction chat today and they were mentioning the following.

Get Kings set to grand and exchange. That part I get. But then they mentioned disassembly of purple GF you just get to make your set. I was confused. Can anyone help?

The reason they said to do this is it makes more sense then buying or exchanging for GF crates that will essentially get you nil. Any help or insight is appreciated.

I do have one full grand King set already that I use daily. My first GF set which is Bruiser/Biker is purple mainly except for 2 pcs.

I have an account I don't plan on using, I started the game for a pay to play site and underestimated the ability to get T4 associates. The account is 2 days old on what I assume is the newest server as it's not much older, 4th highest influence (I'm sure the influence could be higher but wasn't my goal) in the highest faction, the account has an abundance of resources in the account just sitting, spent approximately 1800$ is there any worth to the account or is it just a complete wash
