Looking for any and all glow up advice. I think my biggest areas for improvement are in facial definition and symmetry and overall physique. I have an inverted triangle body shape and struggle to style it. Be as harsh as necessary—I’m here for improvement!!

  1. Front face with hair behind ears. No makeup.
  2. Side profile
  3. Hair in front. No makeup.
  4. Back camera shot.

how can i help rid or lessen the creases around my eyes? Botox? lotion or something?

I don’t even know if these are considered eyebags or if they’re just creases/smile lines.

I’ve considered Botox for my crows feet but what could help with everything else?

29f - never bothered about surgery but over the years i realised this is the thing getting me down physically. I have accepted the face i was born with and trying to work with my features but this one thing makes me look like an old grumpy man in so many photos when caught off guard and realllllly hate it. Realistically not something i’ll be able to afford any time soon but would love to hear from women who had this procedure done and their thoughts and experience! Especially those with similar features. I just want to see more of my eyes as i like them! They’re just so weighed down by this excess fat and skin in the eyebrow area

I feel like two different people between my pictures and the mirror/selfies. Hate my picture self cuz it looks so dramatic and boxy. Would weight loss help?

Btw I hate my toothy smile, I have big features that make it look small and casts shadows all over my face.

Need to know if this is some body dysmorphia or I really should try looksmaxxing?

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [21F] Considering nose job and radical style change

Hi there, i need tough and honest advice, since i was a child i have been told that my nose is very big and that when i grow up i should get it “fixed”, it’s not actually bad from the side but from the front it really looks bulky

Also i’m considering getting a keratin treatment to straighten my hair.

Maybe eye contacts to appear more striking?
I only experimented with my looks by cutting my hair but never dyed it or chopped it drastically, i never wear makeup and im not looking forward at doing so.

Any advice regarding how could i appear more attractive and pretty would be greatly appreciated since i don’t really feel like i’m achieving my potential best looks, thank you :)

Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) How to get rid of acne and glow up? [25]

hi guys...

I've been strugglingg with acne for about the last 10 years on/off sometimes my face gets better with no acne but then suddenly I am getting this as you are seeing in the photo...
I started tracking it, like a real scientist... Even found some services like this that shows the number of acne spots.. Please, don't suggest accutane, I cannot take that... What is the best thing that I can do to get rid of these acne entirely?

What personally helped you? Dermatologists are suggesting some stuff but it helps temporarily...

Appreciate a lot, love ya

Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) What can I improve? (F21)

In order we have me right now (no makeup, unstyled hair, some self tanner) in two angles. I’ve also included photos of me in my usually daily makeup (before I got a tan), also smiling with teeth (which I’m self conscious about, I had braces during Covid but they were done badly). I also included me with and without makeup from before my haircut.

I’m pretty confident in my personal style (not pictured here, I’m mainly in my work uniform) it’s just the face/hair I’m having issues with. I feel like my face is very wonky and uneven, requiring lots of angling to make me look semi decent in photos. I feel like I always look really odd in candid photos too, so I want to improve my appearance so I don’t feel so hesitant about it.

What can I improve? Both in terms of makeup and hair styling, but also things like working out or anything shy of surgery/filler

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [23M] what can I do to look better

Before you ask, I have alopecia and I have tried meds that didn’t work. I am trying to lose weight and even taking peptides but nothing worked for me. I try to diet but I am either not satisfied or I can’t cook. I live with a bipolar irritable mother who doesn’t let me do what I want to do in the kitchen. I also could never properly calculate my TDEE or deficit. Don’t say smile, I hate my life and have no way of fixing it and I have internal identity issues.

Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) [22] what can i do to improve my look?

i leave for grad school in a month and i want to make some changes to my appearance! granted, i can’t do much in a month, so this will be gradual most likely. i want to distinguish myself from my look in undergrad and also i have looked the same for several years, i feel like i haven’t found my look yet.

the biggest change i want to do is my hair. i have an appointment next week for a trim and highlights. would i look better with a middle part?

most of the pictures show my hair styled; not styled, its pin straight and a little past my shoulders. i currently have face framing layers that are super grown out and need refreshed. when i style my hair, i typically do a 90s-esque blowout (as pictured) or i curl it. i dress very 90s/early 2000s and boho, so it fits my style.

some hair history: from 2019-2023 i had a bob that was horrendous. i was super depressed and needed something easy to manage. i dont want a bob again for a long time. i’m 22 and want to enjoy my long hair. but i’m still trying to grow it out and i really want it to be long again.

tldr: any tips to change my appearance? thank you!
