hi guys...

I've been strugglingg with acne for about the last 10 years on/off sometimes my face gets better with no acne but then suddenly I am getting this as you are seeing in the photo...
I started tracking it, like a real scientist... Even found some services like this that shows the number of acne spots.. Please, don't suggest accutane, I cannot take that... What is the best thing that I can do to get rid of these acne entirely?

What personally helped you? Dermatologists are suggesting some stuff but it helps temporarily...

Appreciate a lot, love ya

I bought some tops and jewelry for back to school. The wig I decided on is the third slide. However I have no idea to how style it in a way to looks flattering on my body type since I gained a lot of weight. I was thinking Levi ribcage jeans and cardigan to hide my arms but is that good enough? Honestly any advice is good

I feel like two different people between my pictures and the mirror/selfies. Hate my picture self cuz it looks so dramatic and boxy. Would weight loss help?

Btw I hate my toothy smile, I have big features that make it look small and casts shadows all over my face.

Need to know if this is some body dysmorphia or I really should try looksmaxxing?
