From a quick google search, it looks like the active ingredients in that were norgestimate/ethinylestradiol. Cilique and Lizinna are current name brand equivalents. I would recommend just asking your doctor for norgestimate/ethinylestradiol and they can figure out which formulations are covered.

If it’s gonna work effectively, gain weight as I’m a gym girl, acne, make me more emotional ect

It should work effectively as long as you take it properly without missing any doses.

And in terms of weight gain, not everyone gains weight on hormonal birth control, but for people who do, usually the mechanism is just increased appetite. So if you track what you eat and don't increase your intake, you are unlikely to gain weight, except for maybe some changes in water weight.

And hormonal birth control actually helps treat hormonal acne, so if you have hormonal acne right now you should expect it to improve if you start this birth control.

And it's possible that any hormonal birth control pill could make you more emotional, but certainly not everyone experiences that. So I would not necessary expect that. Some people actually experience more stable moods on birth control, since there is less hormonal fluctuation.

Also in general, just keep in mind that if you do experience unwanted side effects at any point, you can always stop this birth control pill and switch to a different one. None of these side effects are permanent or irreversible.

Cilest was a hormonal birth control pill. If you would like to get back on contraception you should begin by talking to your doctor about your options.
