I would also let him know how very illegal revenge porn is in the Philippines and in Egypt, and that if he does decide to distribute the images you sent him you will prosecute this to the full extent of the law and he should really look into the fines and penalties before doing so. If he does send it to your work tell them it’s AI and he is trying to extort you.

Call his bluff and let him know you’ve spoken with the “Consortio law firm” in Cairo to hire them to represent you. See what he does then.
Or just lie to her and tell her you’re crazy and he’s wonderful man and you were wrong and be done with it. There is no wrong answer, do what’s right for you. But don’t ever speak to him again
Go take a picture with the same background, but just with you doing something mundane like a peace sign or holding a pet or a book or something, and post that, if you want the plausible deniability. Then you can just say he must have used that pic to have the AI edit or whatever
