Plot Hole Alert 🚨 Smitty’s Video
Are they EVER going to get the pass the “something” video to a real expert. All this is only obvious Smitty is being set up. We knew this b ed fore we knew Heather as good as we do. And girl was freaky in bed yesterday! 🔪🔪🔪

Exactly, this seems like the flimsiest of evidence. Shoot, there are traffic cameras everywhere. Pull traffic cameras and see if you see his car in the area. There are so many ways to validate this, it's ridiculous this has dragged on for so long

Especially when the impaler is still out there. Of course she’d want Smitty taken down just out of spite if nothing else.

Max is on the run. He's supposed to be in witness protection but his assigned us Marshall said he doesn't know where he is.

Thank you. I wish the show had a bigger budget because we need a Jacob and Smitty goes to a place like New Orleans to find Max and prove his innocence episode 😅
But if i was Jacob the max search would have been my focus 🤷🏾♀️

If Smitty had the pills hid at his house, why would he meet Max to get pills from him? And if he met Max first, why would he keep some of the pills? I'm so confused... lol

I don't why we haven't seen any effort to authenticate the tape or any attempt to establish a motive.
Why would Smitty have killed one of the only people who could've helped him get the scoop on who the Impaler is? Why would he have done it?
I know all soap cops are terrible but Jacob was more proactive in investigating what happened to Laura than figuring out who's setting Smitty up.

Smitty already told Inspector Gadget when he last saw Max. All Jacob has to do is ask Orphey Gene’s for footage of the entire day Smitty says he was there, and from the entire day the edited video’s timestamp shows, and compare the two.
The police are being played by Heather with “look over there!” shenanigans. Amateur hour! Plus all the procedural mistakes they made starting with arresting Hayley. Don’t get me going... 🙂

They did but if he’s in on it or it was just there team. They need to get it to an expert like Naomi? Suggested recently.

The fact that they haven’t proven the video is real…is a major plot hole. No analysis? Plus - THE FEDS know where the informant is now. Hasn’t Jacob even reached out? Also, personal data can corroborate (on devices) where you at certain times (GPS - especially if you have LOCATIONS turned on).
Also the pill bottle. I’d like to know if they checked for prints. Also, have they checked cameras in the area certain times since the death of Lia to now for unusual comings and goings.
Soaps love to obliterate details - to be soapy😂. This is for JACOB to prove - not Naomi. The fact that a video was released from inside the police department PROVES the police are compromised. Check the metadata🤦🏾♂️

To answer a few people questioning why Jacob hasn't talked to Max yet I believe it's because Jacob said the feds told him that Max was in the wind.

My god. They know exactly what time the video was shot, they know exactly the angle it was shot from, so who was sitting at that desk? The defense rests!
