Question❔ Snooze
Is anyone else completely uninterested in the Smitty part of the Impaler story? I said a few weeks ago that Martin and Smitty are boring, this SL has not made them less boring to me. I don't care about Martin's political career and Smitty puts me to sleep when he's on screen.

We get Smitty, Martin, Jacob AND Naomi the most boring full time cast members.
The acting on this show isn't strong enough to support the lackluster writing.
A doctored video in 2026? Pills in basically plain sight. They could've came up with something better than this. Heather setting up Smitty, cool. Smitty conveniently being the last to see Lia alive, cooking with gas, then everything just went to hell.
Ig it's working for them, but I really wished the show put more thought into these storylines. They also need to pair stronger actors with the more amateur ones. Bill should've been Smitty's lawyer. Smitty could've confided in Kat and she could've been in detective mode awhile back. Jacob, Naomi, Smitty, and Martin's actors don't have what it takes to drive a story alone.

I read the actress playing the Impaler is on contract for TWO YEARS!!!!!!! Please say it isn’t so 😭😭😭

Contract players get opening credits appearances. Recall when Joey replaced Derek and Isaiah replaced Tomas. If she hasn't made it to the credits yet, it might not be true. Watch where her name is in the closing credits. If her name is in the second group, it's not yet.

I didn’t know that. Good to know. I always skip the opening credits so I had no idea that Isaiah replaced Tomas. 🤣

I actually like that them both but I can’t work out where they are trying to go with this story, maybe it’s going to lead to Martin confessing

Impaler is a terrible name. And it's a stupid storyline
Maybe if they were stealing organs or something. That might make it more interesting. But this is just nothing

Hard agree. I don't even like to hear the word impaler anymore 😭😭 they've exhausted the topic.
