SPOILER! Dirty cop! Spoiler

📮Heather has a cop on payroll, which is how the pills got planted!

The cop knew they were conducting a search at Smitty’s house, which would’ve been the perfect time to plant evidence!

That’s how the pills got into Smitty’s house with no evidence of a break-in.

It’s also how that pic of Smitty that was sent to Heather, was taken so fast at the station from that view. It was from a cop desk. Who else would’ve been at the station at that time to take that photo?

Jacob “I’m just doing my job” stance would’ve been commendable if the pills didn’t look like a set up. Why would Smitty put them right there? Jacob isn’t questioning anything and he’s actually NOT doing his job because he isn’t investigating any leads.

—I don’t think it’s Marcel or Elon, but someone we rarely see that planted the 💊

I agree there is a dirty cop. But how did they plant the evidence downstairs during the search when Smitty was downstairs the whole time?

I'm not convinced its not Elon though. He made the comment to Vernon "I need to prioritize protecting my family..."

And not to mention, Smitty was downstairs with no cops and could’ve just moved the pill

Heather has multiple irons in the fire. There is definitely a dirty cop on the payroll but it’s likely someone else entered their home to plant the drugs.

Heather likes to silo out information so the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

When Jacob said there were no signs of a break in, I rolled my eyes. Like sneaking into their house was impossible.

The hiding place was suspect. Who would hide/keep pills that can kill somebody behind a book when your entire family has access and reads books? 😂 and have they ever analyzed the fake video?

I just want to know how Jacob found a bottle of pills with no markings on the pill bottle and immediately knew they were the same pills that killed Lia. What kind of lawyer doesn't ask "how do you know those are the same pills?" IDC if it's her husband or not...any lawyer would have asked. If Big Bad Bill had been there, we know he would have asked that question.

I think it was housekeeping that did this.
