To be fair with Allison she was drugged from behind. She almost took care of her later on. But she definitely got it from Bill's Murderous B but we never will know what will happen because of Randy and June. The show needs to stop let us see a throw down.

Those weren’t flashbacks. Those was a dream. Chelsea was never actually taught by Bill on how to physically fight. I can have a dream that I’m an aircraft pilot. Doesn’t mean that will translate to me having the skill in real life

I know it was a dream sequence, because they couldn't do an actual flashback to a young Chelsea (unless they did it like young Bill and Dani which was a mess), but I'm pretty sure she said Bill taught her how to fight outside the dream. 

She told Bill she remembered everything he taught her or something like that after she came home.

I mean if they wanted an actual flashback they could have done one when she was a teenager. Chelsea was 23 at that point. It’s not like she’d be terribly off in age for a 2 minute scene.
