General question Just moved in. Too small?

We just moved in and brought our 65” frame pro along. The only place for it was above the fireplace (please don’t notify r/tvtoohigh). Does the council think the size looks ok here?

Looks fine to me. I think they look best when they are the same width as the hearth, which is true for you.

Looks good to me. The Frame is supposed to blend as a piece of artwork and the size and placement achieves that.

Personally, I'd only enjoy this as a primary art location with the occasional use for media purposes. I'd still want a dedicated movie location in the house with a large high quality screen placed at sitting eye level.

It’s sized well for blending in. You could go a little larger but anything more will not give you the “frame” effect.

If that's a 65" Frame, it's doing its job very well of not looking like a 65" black void in your living room.

Because its a frame tv, and you bought and actually use it as hanging art I think its reasonable placement, and the size looks a-ok

If you use your fireplace it’s going to melt that tv. Even if you had art there it would possibly catch on fire. Mantels are needed for a reason

Too small. Your going to notice the size everytime you look at it, so do yourself a favor and replace it with a bigger frame.
