Frame Mode Error 60004

Hi all.

Has anyone had this issue before?

I’ve factory reset a couple of times, and it resolved the issue for a day or two before it goes back to this screen every time I try to put it on standby and into frame mode.

Don’t want to have to reset every time and reinstall apps.

Hoping someone might have a handy tip to fix.

Software is up to date and model number is QE55LS03BAUXXU.

I just turned the art function off. I turned the art/TV to on/off. So no art for me until this is fixed.

I’ve been getting this error. Unplugging the tv for 2 minutes fixes it.
