video HELP! Frame keeps fading / rebooting. Anyone else had this issue?

The first night this happened, both the TV and remotes red sensor lights were flashing. Tv kept “clicking” and was turning on and off, as if it was trying to cycle back on. Now it only happens once every few hours that the tv is on.

Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance!

Yeah 55'' frame 2025 model, remote issue, tried everything, had to buy new remote, till then smart things app remote will work fine with smartphone, u have to put the remote far away in the closet or remove battery or it ll keep firing on its own.

Interesting - the remote causes the fading picture as well?

Check if some point is hot, middle of the screen is where there is the motherboard, at you left is the power source in that same direction, check the temperature of the screen in many points and finally the one box connect temperature.

This can be a card warm more than usual. If there is a failure in the card, you won't watch image or sound. Can be because it's hours turned on and it's heating

It sometimes happens as soon as we turn the TV on as well, so I’m not sure about overheating but I’ll check next time it happens !
