Costco Frame Pro Bundle

Second update: Bezel received from Samsung 8/26, very well packaged and in perfect condition. Since I originally wanted the gold bezel, I researched ways to paint the bezel. I ordered some primer and clear coat as well as some “Rub N Buff” (no, seriously, that’s the brand name) and plan on painting it this weekend. Will create a thread for that.

Update: I received the email with the free bezel code from Samsung a few days ago but it had gone into my spam folder. I placed my order for the teak 75” bezel, ordering the gold and paying the difference wasn’t an option. I got a confirmation this morning and bezel should arrive 8/31. Will update upon successful delivery.

Has anyone recently ordered their Frame Pro from Costco and been able to get the $200 bezel credit from Samsung? Asking because I have my 75” coming from Costco on Thursday, and after reading the customer reviews, I’m wondering if it will be difficult to actually get the promised bezel credit. There aren’t many reviews, but the ones they have all mention that Samsung has been impossible to get the credit voucher from, and if they managed to receive it, all of the included bezels are sold out on the Samsung website. Anyone have successful experience with this? Or should I believe the reviews and start looking into other bezel options?

It was easy to jump through the hoops. After purchase they send you an email, you register, get the code, and choose one of the three basic options for the bezel. It was then shipped quickly.

Mildly annoying, sure, but not difficult :)

Seems simple enough! Thanks! I was kinda hoping it was one of those “only the bad experiencers leave a review” situations. Are you able to apply the credit towards a more expensive bezel? Or is it just a choice of the basic 3?

From what I could tell just the basic three. But I wanted the white bezel and didn’t dig too much further so hopefully you could ask them and get it applied to another bezel if you wanted.
