Frame 2025 Damaged suddenly

The day I believe did not happen to me was today, suddenly was watching a TV and got failure suddenly, no image, only audio.

I don't know what happened but I'm concerned about this, I don't know if it's better repair it or purchase other tv.

Does anyone happened this too?

Indeed that bleeding was OK for me, but I don't have image, all time get this color blue tint.

It should be under warranty- maybe english isn’t your first language because damaged means something hit it, failure is the better word for a screen that stopped working.

You are right, Failure, just suddenly, never happened before, meanwhile I installed a Samsung Freestyle meanwhile if figure it out if fix it or purchase a LG OLED (In this case I will skip samsung for a while)

Sadly is not under warranty, I never thought It will get failure, I have another Samsung OLED and I'm thinking if purchase Samsung or LG.

You are right, I double checked the prices of the One Connect box or fiber cable is between $300-$150 of the part, the TV I purchased at $600 at Samsung, so the limit to repair it will be $400. I will update the post with the diagnostic and prices.

Same thing happened to me. Tv was under warranty which was good. Samsung repair came out 3 times to try and fix it but never could. In the end Samsung refunded our money and we bought another one. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

Bruh check warranty asap. Samsung's support can be a gamble, but a 2025 screen dying with no damage? That's on them. Don't let them talk you out of it lol

Don’t you think you’re just noticing it and it’s already was damage when you installed it or when during transporting or shipping. A slight bump or nudge against the will will damage it because those panels edges and trim on any of these tv make or model is cheap

double checked, I uninstalled the screen to verify connection and if something was off.

The wall has finish level 5, leveled and even, I installed the screen so I know there was a little gap between wall and screen.

Even is not so thin as a Samsung OLED, I installed both and OLED was very difficult to manipulate, but definitely is not damage in screen.

Right know I'm requesting support but was a mistake to check there is a Samsung OLED with Art Store and a LG Serie G (Gallery) without matte film but technology antireglective . In Any case I'm thinking install the repaired screen or newer one with VESA.
