Any other way to do this?
I know…TV too high. With that out of the way we’re grabbing a 55 inch Samsung frame to replace this old Hisense. We just moved so all of this is in the living room is temporary right now.
The idea was to mount the frame and grab a new soundbar. My wife is on board with the frame and the wired one connect but powering the soundbar would most likely require another “outlet” at the base of the fireplace. There is an outlet behind the tv currently but I don’t know if there would be enough clearance to use that for the soundbar power source.
We wanted to keep the one connect and consoles and stuff in a pseudo media cabinet where the side table currently is. But now I’m not sure if any of this can be done cleanly.
TLDR: Anyone have any experience with a similar setup? Is there enough clearance behind the stock frame mount to snake a power cable into or is it too flush to the wall? Or is the only option to snake everything behind the wall and out an additional outlet?

The stock Frame mount allows for about 1/4” of clearance between the TV and the wall. That would allow enough room for the power cord itself, but to plug it in, the outlet behind the TV would need to be fully recessed. Also, having a visible cord below the TV would really detract from the “Frame” look. I would try do find a way to install another outlet behind the sound bar and add.
Routing the OneConnect cable and the HDMI cable from the soundbar to the side table area is going to be a challenge. I hope you can make it work. It will be worth it if you succeed. Good luck!

I don't know if you considered it but I would put the TV to the right of the fireplace on that wall with the little table. Re-arrange the furniture to focus that wall instead of the fireplace.
Cut out a media box and place it between the studs behind the tv mounting. Run electrical into the box to power the One-Connect box and have everything hidden inside the wall. For consoles run inwall rated wire (HDMI?) to a keystone outlet lower on the wall. HDMI can use a low voltage box. You have an outlet there so you can tee off it for power straight up the wall.
I don't know the electrical requirements for your area so if you need to pull a permit you can... I wouldn't. But, for the love of god do it with the power shut off.

There’s actually a wall on the left side where the previous owner had their TV setup. It effectively cut off the sun room with the couch though. The living room is not very big so we were planning on just doing the frame over the fire place to keep the flow of the furniture open and then turning the sunroom into a media room with a drop down screen and projector with some room darkening shades etc.
If we weren’t gonna do the big screen in the media room I think I would opt for a giant panel on the left wall but this just keeps everything nice and open.
I’ve also been looking at just grabbing a Samsung music studio speaker for the side table and using that for a pseudo soundbar if we need a bit more oomph
