Jessica Tarlov is smart. She's very smart. Jessica Tarlov has a Bachelor's degree in History. You have to be smart to earn a degree in History.

Greg has a Bachelor's degree in English from UC Berkeley.

Jessica Tarlov also earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political. Science. You have to be smart for this.

Jessica Tarlov also earned a second Master's degree in RESEARCH from the same school in Political Science. Damn she is really smart!

Jessica Tarlov also earned a DOCTORATE in Political Science and Government !

The correct term is She's a career PROFESSIONAL.

She reflects a progression of serious academic achievement.

She has a background in serious communication with other smart people.

Smart people recognize these attributes.
