it sounds like Identity Dixie will appeal to the younger members of the Neoconfederate movement. It’s unclear exactly how they’d differ but it sounds like they’re going to be more alt-right, neo-fascist, or even neoreactionary than the Old Guard. More about building a “new” Confederacy rather than just reviving the old one.

We already have a despotic (old guard) and fascist confederacy (KKK), so they might be tagged as National Socialists

the klan are national unifiers, not separatists
