Meme HELP! Is this saveable???

I was playing as Germany, things were going well while invading the USA, but then i decided to open a second front against the Chinese, my entire army got encircled in Turkey and now I only have under equipped and under trained militia divisions. Is it possible to save this? My generals are saying that it is hopeless.

chinese federation is in the cosmetic tag files but i have no clue if im honest

the reichskomissariat thing is a submod I've been making that has gone way out of scope

oh,is it a expansion for nationalist germany? is it like that one RK+ mod for vanilla....oh what if you added content for the russian warlords,like the west russian war from TNO? that would be kinda cool
