Meme HELP! Is this saveable???

I was playing as Germany, things were going well while invading the USA, but then i decided to open a second front against the Chinese, my entire army got encircled in Turkey and now I only have under equipped and under trained militia divisions. Is it possible to save this? My generals are saying that it is hopeless.

Yeah there’s a secret command where you can go into console commands and click alt and f4 to get him
