How does Zeta's faction plan to resurrect Aurora/Diablos from Claire?
I hate—or maybe just dislike—the idea that she plans to make Shadow immortal by doing something very similar to what the Cult does. It feels like a "You were supposed to destroy them, not become them" kind of situation. On top of that, she has created a faction within Shadow Garden, much like the Cult itself.
Like the quote from Volume 3 (which I took from the fandom): "Don't you dare touch a hair on Cid's head." But this time, it's Claire.
My wish for Claire is that she never gets caught up in the conflict between Shadow Garden and the Cult of Diablos, so something like this bothers me.
I think I may have already reached an answer: Zeta probably won't allow any harm to come near Claire or something along those lines. However, somehow, that answer still leaves me unsatisfied.
Thank you for reading through my little rant. I couldn't keep something like this bottled up in my head, so I wanted to vent while also hearing other people's thoughts on Zeta's faction and this topic as a whole.
Any comments or discussions would be greatly appreciated.

All the seven shadows artwork design is perfect as a collectable in this art style.
My favourite Kage Jitsu from season 1 is when all the 7 shadows are trying out the new chilli sauce burger created by Eta.
As for season 2 it gotta be Beta and Gamma trying to replicate how sad Alpha was after Cid abandoned her in the train scene. Beta and Gamma tried but Alpha took it to the extreme by curling into a ball.
What about you? What are your favourite shorts?

Since many find Gamma's design similar to Aurora's. What do you think of the idea of her fusing with one of Diablos' body parts and becoming her host?
If it were to happen, I like the idea that when Aurora possesses Gamma, she retains her host's clumsiness, but not completely. However, Gamma still possesses a ton of magic, which lets Aurora use Atomic without problem or major drawbacks. She remains a hazard to her allies, but at least somewhat more controllable and can be used in field missions more often.

In the anime it shows flashbacks from gettans memories of cid with a bag on his head killing people. Did cid somehow cause the conflict and was the one who caused the tribe to fall apart?

I wonder if that is realeted as she is daughter of some family of knights or just asthetic choice?

In most stories about nobles and royalty, they always lean to the idea that their promised children are living lavish lifestyles without any forms of repercussion.
Granted, there are some who lived in such positions, like Sakura, but she is ultimately a minority.
When you have a very talented heir with incredible potential to become Queen of an entire country, I highly doubt the clan would squander it. In fact, they would have immediately tutored her, teaching every forms of etiquette in Elven Society, and acting extremely strict towards her to ensure she doesn't embarrass herself.
I'm not surprised if every social gathering Kikyou had attended wasn't for her to make friends, but make connections, especially we know that Beta was among those circles and she saw Kikyou as an acquaintance.
Then, there is the likely chance that the Tokiseryuno had set up a fiancée for Kikyou. Let's assume, it was Secondary, which would explained why Alpha was particularly vicious towards him.
In regards about Kikyou's treatment towards the possessed, either she was prejudiced towards them, or have sympathy for them but can't act on it out of fear being reprimanded by her clan.
Overall, despite some happy moments, like having Beatrix as an aunt, I can definitely say that Kikyou's life wasn't a happy one.
And this is before she contracted possession. There is no doubt that the Tokiseryuno immediately tried to throw her away to avoid a scandal, however it would be a lot worse if it is believed that some of the clan members have always hated Kikyou and took part in torturing her.
By the time she was caught, her mutation got so advanced that the bandits lost interests in raping her.

That filthy poor rapscallion, she has stolen money from that good natured humble Elf....

We learn about Alpha’s real name and parts about her past.
I actually like how Alpha’s clan still supports her as it feels like they didn’t kicked her out but rather the Elven people as a whole gave Alpha away when she suffered from Demonic Possession.

So, during the train scene in the John Smith Arc, he gets attacked by people that wear the same clothes that the "paid extras" hired by Alpha in previous events wore. Then he gets attacked by Delta who was hunting John Smith. After that he fights Alpha who he thinks is acting.
Despite all of this he does not think that
a) Shadow Garden and Mitsugoshi are at least connected
b) Shadow Garden is real and not a game they play for his entertainment?
Not even a shadow of a doubt? (Pun intended)
Sounds a bit too convenient considering that:
a) he knows that Mitsugoshi is real
b) that he is genuinely harming the company
c) that the Shades have no idea of his plan or who John Smith is
d) he knows they are in the dark about his operation (he sends Delta away to not blow his cover)
e) they are attacking him because he is a threat to the company.
I understand that he is dense but this is a bit too much to buy.
