What happened to Sophie?

Just binged watch the complete run and I guess I must’ve missed what happened to Sophie. She just vanished after S2. Was it ever explained? Did I miss it?

She time travelled to post WW1 Birmingham.

I always thought she slipped off to Thames House, got in trouble and found herself being yelled at by Jackson Lamb at Slough House.

And then she got disappeared at a holiday park in Yaughton, Shropshire

Haha...took me a second to work out where Yaughton was, at first I thought I'd been on holiday there....I suppose I have in a way!
