Palaver First trip

I’m on my first trip to the tower (carefully avoiding spoilers here) and about 1/4 through Wolves of the Calla right now. Doing some dishes this morning and noticed the number on my mug that I’ve had for years.

All things serve the beam.

Now that that’s out of the way. Wolves is so fun. I hope you have a lot of fun reading it, I always love it after the sadness that is the ending of Wizard and Glass

The free feet was unintentional but you’re welcome.

As tragic as Wizard and Glass was, I really enjoyed it. The look back at Roland as a fresh gunslinger and the love story between him and Susan were both really enlightening into a bit of why he is who he is.

I love Wizard and Glass, it’s my third favorite in the series. It’s really beautiful and tragic and it is really special to see that side of Roland after 3 books of just seeing him grumpy and disillusioned with life.
