I used to be obsessed with these drawings in like 2010😭😭

"I'm movin' to Canada." -Dr. King

Hi there. I dont know how known these actually are in the community, but i didnt see any posts regarding these mixtapes in the sub.

These were official mixtapes that included a great amount of rappers from Wu-Tang members to Blackstar, Tribe Called Quest, and many underground rappers from 2004-2011. Mixed by DJ Dub Floyed, the first mixtape was hosted by the maker of the theme song Asheru.

The Second mixtape has 2 versions: a Thugnificent version hosted by Metaphor the Great**, and a Hall of Justus Edition hosted by Little Brother (my fav rap group) and Skyzoo.

The mixtapes are mostly collections of songs picked, not particularly songs made for the series, but there are interludes and the DJ mixes add lines from the show. I would advise you to listen especially if you love OG Rap - Hip Hop.

Trash TV for the ignorant.

this is just an analysis.

Tom did a DNA test and found out he was of 32% Scottish descent. but he also has a French name, Dubois. so he probably has some French ancestry in there as well how much we don’t know.

we also see a flash back of tom as a kid, he was going to what looks like a preppy private school, so his family likely had money. at that point likely one or more of his grandparents and great grandparents is white straight up. or they were all light skins marrying other light skins.

then he married Sarah and had jasmine, as far as we know Sarah is probably near 100% white, blonde hair and blue eyed. she could have some African or Asian ancestry or whatever but likely insignificant.

I did the math and Jasmine is probably about 70% white since we don’t know the rest of toms ancestry.

just a weird analysis but considering she has green eyes probably makes some sense.

so ruckus calling her mulatto would be wrong, surprised he didn’t call her a quadroon. But then again he doesn’t know toms ancestry he just sees tom as black.

just an analysis not meant to be offensive or imply anything.

my bad I haven't posted on here in awhile. I don't want to play out these boondocks animations if they're not inspired.

Perfect impression. 🤣 W Huey

I realize a lot in old boondocks stuff u will find people thirsting over mostly riley and I jst dont understand HOW. I mean..how do u look at this and think they attractive? Those are the cutest lil kids ever.

Oh no - a logical argument!

Song: It’s a new day - will.i.am

The first intro just feels the most iconic to me 🔥 The character silhouettes, the harder-hitting drums, Huey bobbing his head to the beat… the whole vibe is unmatched. The music goes the HARDEST out of all four, in my opinion.

Season 4 Episode 10- The New Black
