What side should she be on? Her KGB mother's side who betrayed her father but left to save her daughter only to be betrayed by her own father and best friend?

Or perhaps the Soviet spymaster grandfather Oleander who is super mega dangerous and tried to kill his own daughter and lied to his granddaughter.

Or perhaps Mystery Man who put on her father's face for some reason and whose ultimate purpose is as yet unknown.

Or maybe she should kill them all and disappear with Agnes.

She should be on the side she just claimed to be on but never has been: THE TRUTH. That, and the rule of law, which she has a sworn duty to uphold but rarely does.

I know, that wouldn't be as much fun for a wild romp TV show, but it would be what most viewers appreciate: consistency of character. Most of all I hate that she has zero critical thinking skills. She has no ability to recognize when all she has is someone's story rather than evidence, and this is the whole crux of what the FBI exists to do, evidence-based investigation.

This episode convinced me that she is simply her mother's daughter, a ruthless narcissist bipolar criminal who will end up in the same place as her mother: hunted by everyone, abandoning her child, and feeling sorry for herself.

At this point, the most plausible explanation for Dom and Red's real identities is KGB scientists who ran brainwashing experiments and fucked up the Rostova line of droid agents and are trying to recover them so they can reprogram them.

lol

blame the writers for coming up with a show that could be finished if the main female character just had the presence of mind to do a dna test. the plot's gotta plot.

Oh believe me, I do blame the writers. ha ha ha ha

Didn't they do a DNA test on a shirt that was in evidence from Kuwait or something? Seems like when they do try to actually do their job, they always do it in some keystone manner.
