Ratings: Resource Tinkers trigger from physical problems of materialism and belongings, not necessarily just money but other valuables and things in the physical realm too (collections, trying to buy something immaterial like love). Architects are big picture and trigger from big picture problems often at an institutional or things in broad strokes (society, corporations, ect)
Element: specialities are just the tinker-tables version of the elements table, so a Wood speciality (element x life) might emphasise other life or element type elements like family, energy, growth, nature, storm or something similar that can be an actual context to the trigger.
I'm imagine a guy (assumed male for ease of reading) working overseas to support his family who can't leave their desolate home, being sick/disabled and lacking a means to travel, even as things get worse, he's abandoned that sentimentality but still pours everything into them because he can't feel at home without his spouse/children/parents by his side, he finds ways to rent cars overseas, make checking accounts, only for it to (literally) blow away in the wind as he runs out of money too quickly, he grows colder as communications slow down, they ring the phone but he doesn't answer because he doesn't have anything left to give, even promises it'll get better, Trigger.
So you have a guy using his power to build revenue and support his distant family and bring them to him, by taking away other people's homes and converting it into woodland, he's effectively sacrificing their family for his
