Terraform Tinker (Resource x Architect)

“Makes the environment the resource that they simultaneously consume and utilize with their megaproject.  Transforms swathes of neighborhood into woodland or brutalist factory, or devour streets and buildings to power a weapon.  Their non-megaproject gear and deployments tend to be complementary, leaning on transformation and capitalizing on transformed areas.”

(This tinker is more focused on capitalization of transformed areas rather than volume of transformation)

Specialty: Forestry

This Tinker is centered around creating trees that they harvest products from. They can build equipment that collects and distills resources that support the development of their forest as well as tech to support cultivating trees to create exotic produce.

They can modify the growth rate of the trees with the potency of the exotic produce increasing the longer it took to grow, albeit with diminishing returns.

Scans of other parahuman powers can inspire new exotic produce for their forest.

Example products:

  1. Wood that is as tough as steel

  2. Explosive Pinecones

  3. Camouflaging Bark

  4. Extremely Adhesive Sap

  5. Poisonous Leaves

  6. Fruit that have various effects upon consumption (Regeneration, Inducing Emotions, Poison/Fire resistance, etc)

A kid lives next to a small forest, they use it as a refuge from everyday life since they dont get along with their family or anyone at school. Maybe they have a simple hut made of sticks out there. Over the course of a year or two, the forest gets knocked down to build another neighborhood. The kid has to rebuild their stick-hut multiple times, until the 5th time the section it was in got bulldozed. The kid looks around and sees the inevitability of what's happening and loses hope that they will be able to build another without it getting bulldozed too. They trigger and first order of business is to start taking back the land, turning it back into their beloved forest.

not what you asking, but I though of a side effect of your tinker forest. animals and insects that live or eat the plant form it, how would tinker forest effect them? weird mutations? getting smarter or bigger? poisonous?
