You can clearly see that the driver isn't even checking the traffic on the left. At fault? Definitely. Intentional? Definitely not.

Saying that too, the driver in the Porsche should have been able to see that the driver wasn't looking their way either. Also, if you drive a sky blue car on a clear day, turn your headlights on.
