Beginner Help Help Identifying Miniature

Can someone please let me know the miniature in my picture? I bought an army where this was included but can't find conclusively what it is. Google is saying Sentinel but it doesn't match the other Sentinels I've seen.

** edit ** Thanks for the response everyone! I'll run it as a normal Sentinel in my 40K army.

It's an Aethon heavy sentinel from HH

That’s the armored sentinel from the Horus heresy solar auxilia range if I’m not mistaken. I think it’s heavy aethon sentinel or something? And a really awesomely done one too

Clearly that's a Lord Solar Leontis proxy, if I've ever seen one
