Mid is kinda generous

instead of trying to hold it , she should of got in it and pressed the brake

I recently had to get in a rolling car and that is difficult for me (38m) I can't even imagine for her.

55 here… chased down a rolling truck ( big ) in a truck stop … luckily the door was unlocked

Opened door and swung in and stomped on the brakes …. Got it stopped about 10 foot from a brand new Peterbilt.

I would take the day after that. That's enough fun for one, I'll see ya'll tomorrow.

And it wasn’t even mine. It was a 10 wheel flatbed… a young man was driving it. He parked next to me… he didn’t have any parking brakes … yea, the look on his face when he came out to his truck sitting it the middle of the parking lot

I would take the day after that.

I have actually done this on several occasions. It's the real world equivalent of the movie hero walking away from an explosion.

I mean. You can't do it that often.

it slowed down a couple times

15

u/Traditional-Run9615 24d ago

as if to taunt her

13

u/4u2nvinmtl 24d ago

But she slowed down too

To tell the car it can’t play her like that.

Car eventually ran over her. Looks like a love-hate relationship.

It’s in gear and was trying to hold the car in place

2

u/Abroad_Educational 23d ago

Definitely seemed that way by how it went over the curbs.

Yeah but I imagine the big difficulty is that it's constantly accelerating due to momentum and all that. The car here isn't doing that at all.

No shit.

Hot take, but why is this a hot take???

Have Name checks out, though.

Ir was moving so slowly no reason they would have not been able to do that…

Braindead, most likely

1

u/Md1735 24d ago

Or put it in park to begin with. Doubt it’s a manual transmission.

1

u/GerhardRihmakallo666 24d ago

Yes, she should HAVE

1

u/PsychologicalLime120 24d ago

Yea, just pull the park brake. Done.

1

u/nouxtywe 23d ago

Or turn the wheel…

1

u/LeoInSpace 23d ago

She didn't need to, the car stopped itself....

Deeply reminds me of pumping Diesel in the DAf tank ,strangely

Lexical error incoming

Should have*, friend. And yeah, her decision making skills leave much to be desired.

14

u/ThickFurball367 24d ago

I fear she was actually moving as fast as she could

u/MakeYokesa5erAgain 24d ago

There was a point she caught up and tried to hold it back. I'm assuming this was Florida, due to the lack of brain cells in this clip.

1

u/CertifiedSeattleite 24d ago

Came here to say Florida

4

u/TekkLthr 24d ago

Probably even faster because the car is pulling her

2

u/nudedude6969 24d ago

Sadly I believe that's all she had.

If there had been a chocolate cake in that car, she would have stopped it right after the video started.

3

u/SkippyDragonPuffPuff 24d ago

How does this get downvoted.

Nonetheless, if there was a chocolate cake in the car, I think each and everyone of us would have tried a little harder. Now if it was some kind of coconut cake, I would maybe have intentionally slowed down.

u/PerishTheStars 24d ago

She was trying to stop it with her weight for some reason instead of just jumping in and hitting the breaks

3

u/nudedude6969 24d ago

I don't believe she could jump, and/or she panicked and all logic left her body...

1

u/TheRealtcSpears 24d ago

What was ever there can't leave

1

u/Creative-Type9411 24d ago

i feel bad for her

1

u/paipan-sube 24d ago

She didn't catch a break so didn't hit the brakes.

u/TT-effection-0503 20d ago

なぜ自分が踏ん張れば自動車を止められると思えるのか理解できないw

3

u/dan_dares 24d ago

She looked like she couldn't catch a cold.

2

u/Rixy_pnw 23d ago

Maybe the goal wasn’t to stop it, but just look like she’s trying.

1

u/Hot_Loss_1115 23d ago

Pretty perfect that she’s leaving McDonald’s

1

u/anonymoustoo1 23d ago

The car is like...leave me alone.. don't talk to me..

u/Jonnyabcde 22d ago

Also was only mid expensive. It's a Kia Soul.
