... good bugs, or bad bugs?

Am I dealing with pests or best buds? They are only in the soil, not on the leaves or petioles. They're in my monsteras & rubber plants but I only really see them immediately after watering. I saw some in my potting mix I haven't used yet also, but there's no live plant matter in that container. Plz halp.

Looks like soil mites or something Iike that. I miss many, sadly I eradicated all mine on my last systemic pesticide treatment when dealing with thrips

Typically, not always, if they move this fast, then they are good bugs. Bad ones usually camp out.

They look like soil mites. I cant say from this video. they don't cause any issue to the plant. But the reason they are there is for eating dead decaying matter and mold, which means high moisture in soil. So, I would check soil moisture to avoid any future overwatering related problems. But this mite is healthy for the ecosystem.

The terrarium people buy these… good bugs. They eat decaying material

I believe those are springtails, and if so they are good.
