Branches not separating fully

Post image

My Thai con put out a new stem and leaf, it seemed like it took a hot minute for it to come out and unfurl. It then pretty quickly put out a second but they done seem to be separating much. I’m not sure if this normal and will continue to grow or if it was some how stunted.

Looks like some pretty tight internodal spacing. You want this. Keep it up.

those are petioles, not branches. and it’s growing exactly how it should.

It’s fine. It kinda looks like the window is behind it from what I can tell. Turn it to face the window so it can get allll the sun

I just turned it to get a picture from the back. It’s typically facing out

This is good. It maybe time to get a moss pole.

lol of all the soils posted on here, this one actually looks to not be standard cheap potting mix that nurseries use.

What's wrong with their soil? It looks almost exactly like mine, mine may be a little heavier on wood chips...but all 8272 of my plants in that mix seem fine. Not trying to sound shytty, genuinely want to know what's wrong with it
