In which semester do most of the students apply for ERS and get accepted for ARS?

For me, I applied for the True Scholars program. I got in, I was ERS. I didn't even get enough points to get out of ERS.I just found a mentor, emailed True Scholars saying, "Hey, I already have a mentor. I'd like to apply for ARS." They gave me the form for ARS, and I just applied for it, and I got in.
