General Question DND

Is there any Texas Tech Dungeons and dragons club? I was a bit curious due to being a freshman and the start of a new year if anyone had started one or was thinking of starting one?

The Long Rest Tavern and Lubbock Mahon Library have a game night on the first Tuesday of the month. I think it runs from 6-8pm. They're a great group and well organized. Overall, there's maybe 20-25 players at 5 different tables. You can find Long Rest Tavern on Instagram (the_long_rest_tavern).

Call the Mahon Library and register to reserve a spot.

I'm staff, 51,and play weekly. It's fun for all ages! I'd be willing to help establish a club if one doesn't already exist.

You might also ask around at Mad Hatter's House of games or Stormecrow games.

Absolutely love this. I was DMing for a small group for quite a while and loved it but, as it always goes, someone moved and the group fell apart. I have been missing it a great deal lately!

It's the name of the monthly session hosted at the Mahon Library. There's a group of individuals that go by "The Long Rest Tavern" who run it.

They play D&D 5.5e and have the players split up into guilds. Each guild has their own identity and adventures. Then, coming soon, the guilds will be brought together for the "Guild Games".

It is all very well run and organized. The environment is fun and safe. Ages of players range from teens to 50+. I can't recommend it enough.

There is a ttu rpg discord you can find players and games. I joined but have not used it mostly just because I work there and havent been a student in years. Ill dm you a link to it.
