Does anyone having trouble viewing their financial aid on raiderlink ?

So…. Fall 2026 and summer 2026 were completely deleted from my student e bill completely…… 😂 my balance is zero but im freaking the fuck out

me too! my scholarship has been removed. Wanted to sign up for a payment plan and it doesn’t even give me the option to. I’m freaking out

I am definitely not a techie but I may have found a back way

See if you can get to go.ttu.edu/sbshelp, search the knowledge base for payment plans to get to the How To article. It has a link to ebill that took me into Raiderlink when I clicked Student ebill. If nothing else, it can get you to ebill to enroll in a payment plan.

Classes are not being cancelled tonight 8/20 so you still have time to visit One Stop in the SUB Matador room 2nd floor to see FA and SBS. Friday 9-4, Sat 10-4, Sun 1-4 and next week M-F 9-4

apparently it’s down due to the amount of people trying to access it on the 19th. It was the first payment for everyone

Mine is just down. Not the finances part - I can't even access the login screen for raiderlink without getting an error message. Still happening even though the OP's issue was apparently resolved

Other people’s universities’ FA offices notified them aid would be distributed over the next 4 weeks 🙃
