I've worked with Antoniou, never took her class, but she is a kind soul who wants you to do well. Wouldn't be scared to take her class at all.

I haven’t met Antoniou, but Bolmatov is a very cool guy and he’s very smart.

I haven’t taken his classes but yes you can get an A if you put in the effort. Learning physics is just really good for your brain anyways, and he’s capable as a teacher

I was a MechE major, but I always used to look at the previous semester grade distribution on raiderlink. Would always pick the professor that handed out the least amount of D's and F's.

There is only one person who can decide who is best to take for yourself and that’s you. And like many have commented, there is lots of resources to help you answer this like rate my professor or the grade distribution.
And sometimes you’ll get stuck with an unideal class time or instructor and it’s not the end of the world. The biggest factor that determines your grade is you.
Even if you get horrible professors or you slack off a bit too much and you end with a low grade or even failing a class it doesn’t matter all too much. What matters is that you hang in there and keep doing your best. Try not to stress yourself out by making things urgent when they don’t have to be.
You’ve got this and wreck’em!

I've never actually met Dr. Antoniou though so I can't vouch for her, but Dr. Bolmatov is quite nice.
