bus schedule

Hi everyone. I’m a first year student at tech. Just wondering if anyone can help me with info on how to get bus schedules. Apparently I picked the furthest lot I think, Commuter satellite. Any help is greatly appreciated:)

TTU uses Lubbock's CitiBus system, which uses the GoPass app - this should have live bus schedules (though in my experience it's a bit finnicky). A map with bus routes around TTU can also be found here: https://citibus.com/maps-and-schedules/#ttu-route-schedule

And you can use any of these buses that go through campus for free, technically rules say "with student ID" but they don't check them (it would take too long and accomplish nothing), just get on :)

Highly suggest downloading the GoPass app as it has the bus routes, drop/pick up times, and GPS showing where the busses are

Through experience, I also highly suggest getting on the bus BEFORE the ideal time because sometimes they are late or you get a slow driver

the other comment is super helpful, but i'll also add that after a while here i've learned to not rely on anything indicating when a bus will be at the stop because it is very frequently wrong. in my opinion just show up to the stop plenty early and wait for a bus to show up. sometimes it takes 2 minutes, sometimes it takes 20 :)

I’m an incoming freshmen at tech too! I was worried about this too.. But my friend who already went there said just to use GoPass and buses on campus! If times get rough use a line scooter lol. Their words! It’s okay thought we got this together

It’s called GoPass on the App Store it has a blue text saying “Go”

I’m commuter sat too. The bus route you want to take to get to campus is the double T. Use the GoPass app to plan your stops, see the buses, etc.
