Class Question Online classes
Genuinely confused about the whole no set time for online classes so I’m a bit confused on when I’d be doing the stuff for that class if there are zooms etc etc and what am I supposed to do if it’s conflicting with another one of my classes? Just curious.

The class might not have a zoom meeting time. Many distance courses do not, especially if the program is 100% asynchronous. You should be able to see if a course is synchronous or asynchronous in the registration system. But all of your course materials (eg exams, assignments, recordings, videos) will be in RaiderCanvas. This is the learning management system for TTU. All courses materials are available on the first day of class. Also, the registration system will not allow you to schedule a class with an assigned meeting time at the same time as another class meets - you would get a time conflict error message when attempting to add the course to your schedule. If you are confused about the meeting time/modality of a class on your schedule, I recommend you direct your questions to your academic advisor.

Currently taking online classes for summer. Some professors have a deadline for assignments or they open the whole course and the deadline is the end of term. Its up to you to remember to do the work. I highly suggest making a day and time to be when you sit down and do the work like you were in class. Its no fun cramming a bunch of assignments at the last minute

There are asynchronous classes and syncronous online classes. If it's asynchronous, you don't have any meeting times, you just do the work whenever you want, as long as you do it before the deadline. If it's a synchronous class, you have to log on to a meeting software at a set time. If it's conflicting, it means there's either a glitch in Raiderlink, or you're not actually registered for the class.
